Click ‘Edit’ to begin, then add items to the call flow using the menu on the right.
When you drag items close together they may show a potential linkage between the items. If you are happy with the linkage just drop the item to confirm your selection.
Click on an item in the flow to see more options for controlling settings and linkages.
You can save your flow using the ‘Import/Export’ feature while in edit mode.
To give your customers the best possible experience, you can change your call flow with immediate effect. Combined with call stats this gives you an ear to the ground in terms of the customer call journey.
