Call flow

Determine exactly how you wants your calls to flow through your business with simple drag and drop!

Okay lets do this

Navigate to call flow in the main menu and click edit.

1.

It’s all about drag and drop

To add a feature to your call flow simply click on it and drag it into your call flow.

Follow the steps below to configure a call flow with drag and drop. Start by adding a ‘time condition’. Click and drag the time condition close to your main number.

Drop the time condition onto your call flow when the green connection line appears.

NOTE: To configure your Time Condition click on it and select edit

2.

Never leave your clients hanging

Add a ring group to ensure your phone is answered within a set time

Drag ‘Ring Group’ close to ‘Time Condition’.

You’ll see two options FAILURE or SUCCESS.

Drag to the right for SUCCESS . This means you’re open for business (i.e Time Condition was successful) and the call will now proceed to the ring group.
The FAILURE option should then be a voicemail. (I.e if a caller rings out of hours they can leave a voicemail).

It is also good practice to add another voicemail after your ring group incase the call not answered.
