Let’s get started
So first things first, login to the byphone portal with these details:
Login to the byphone portal:
app.byphone.co.uk/login
Username: johnsmith@mybusiness.com
Password: Click on forgot password link so that you can set up your own password.
Follow the steps to get started
With these 3 easy steps you’ll have a fully functioning phone system. Grab a cup of coffee and we’ll begin!
1.
Let’s get that number sorted
Begin with creating a basic call flow 
You’re now looking at your very first call flow.
Let’s start with ‘Main Phone Number’
and ‘Main Ring Group’. 
Click Edit
Click on
Main Phone Number
Grab the S symbol
(this means successful calls)
Drag it to the
Main Ring Group

What’s a phone system without the devices!
It’s time to connect your mobile device to the ring group.
You’re now looking at the Edit Ring Group Settings. 
Click Add Device
Type the users name into ‘Search Identity’ and select the name.*
Click done
Make sure to save!
* The Identity is the username that you input when you were creating the user.
NOTE: If you would like to add a different device click here.

Download our softphone
Complete your byphone experience with the byphone App.
Download the app on any device and login with your byphone app login details.
Now you can make and receive work calls to your mobile or tablet without!
