The follow me setting allows you to tie any other phone number to your extension so you can link your phone to a mobile or another landline anywhere in the world.
Go to settings on the screen
In the Follow me list enter the number that you want to follow onto.
In the Follow me list, if you want to enter an external number you need to put a hash at the end of the number #.
On an Apple keypad the hash symbol is alt 3 (at the same time). These settings save automatically
Below you can enter the number of seconds you would like the main number to ring before it rings the follow on number.
