Feature testing was carried out using a range of devices listed in the tables below. We have included system build version and telephone software version for reference

The external call was switched to on-hold music and placed in the first available parking slot - 71 (by default, there are eight slots, numbered 71 to 78). The parking slot into which the caller was placed was announced to me (this will always be parking slot 71, unless other calls are already parked). 13th May 2016 By default, there is a parking lot timeout of 90 seconds. If the parked call is not picked up in that time, the caller will be connected back to the configured destination for orphaned parked calls – usually this is the designated company operator or receptionist.

Call Pickup (Allows you to intercept a ringing call on another phone) *8 Snom 320 ver 8.7.5.35 13.0.109 When another extension was ringing, lifted handset and dialled (*8). This intercepted the ringing call. 13th May 2016 To use the call pickup feature, the phone that is ringing needs to be in the same call pickup group as the phone using the feature.
DND (Do Not Disturb) Activate *78 Snom 320 ver 8.7.5.35 13.0.109 To enable do-not-disturb, dial the "DND Activate" feature code (*78). The settings will be read back to you to confirm them. Hang up. All callers will get your special "busy" voicemail greeting when calling (this is a different greeting than your normal "unavailable" voicemail greeting). 13th May 2016 This feature worked as expected, when a call was transferred to the extension placed on DND, the call went straight through to the users voicemail.
DND (Do Not Disturb) Deactivate *79 Snom 320 ver 8.7.5.35 13.0.109 To disable do-not-disturb, dial the "DND Deactivate" feature code (*79) The settings will be read back to you to confirm them. Hang up 13th May 2016 This feature worked as expected and allowed calls to ring the extension.
DND (Do Not Disturb) Toggle *76 Snom 320 ver 8.7.5.35 13.0.109 This toggle code enables and disables the ‘DND’ function without having to know both feature codes (*78 & *79). 13th May 2016 The DND toggle code works in the same way as dialling *78 or *79 would. It switches DND on and DND off with a recording to let the user know which mode is enabled on the handset .

If the parked call is not picked up in that time, the caller will be connected back to the configured destination for orphaned parked calls – usually this is the designated company operator or receptionist.

This intercepted the ringing call. 13th May 2016 To use the call pickup feature, the phone that is ringing needs to be in the same call pickup group as the phone using the feature.
DND (Do Not Disturb) Activate *78 Cisco SPA112 with analogue telephone ver 1.3.5 (004) Jul 31 2014 13.0.109 To enable do-not-disturb, dial the "DND Activate" feature code (*78). The settings will be read back to you to confirm them. Hang up. All callers will get your special "busy" voicemail greeting when calling (this is a different greeting than your normal "unavailable" voicemail greeting). 13th May 2016 This feature worked as expected, when a call was transferred to the extension placed on DND, the call went straight through to the users voicemail.

It switches DND on and DND off with a recording to let the user know which mode is enabled on the handset .
