Call Detail Reports

CDR Call Detail Reports allow you to run searches for calls or groups of calls based on whatever filters you require. There are 11 filters to choose from.

How create a CDR Report

Go to Favourites

Go to CDR Reports

Within the CDR Reports window there are 11 filter buttons relating to the fields below. Select one filter by clicking the button to the left of the field description.

In the Call Date field you can specify the time span for the report to cover.

In the Caller ID Number field you can specify the number to report on.

In the Outgoing Caller ID Number field you can specify the number that made the outgoing call to report on.

In the DID field - set this to the desired DID number (don't enter hyphens, spaces or any other punctuation).

In the Destination field - set this to the desired internal extension number.

In the Destination Caller ID Name field you can search for the destination extension name.

In the User field - enter the extension name if applicable.

In the Account Code field enter an account code if configured.

In the Duration field enter the length of call to report on.

In the Disposition drop down box select from what type of call to report on - Answered/Busy/Failed/No Answer or the default All Dispositions.

In the Newest First drop down box you can select whether the call report should order the calls newest first or oldest first.

In the Group By drop down box - select the relevant group to search for.

At the top right of the window there are output options where you can specify in which format the report is generated, you can also limit the amount of entries listed in the report.

Click on the Search button at the bottom right of the page to run the CDR report.
