Time Conditions

This allows you to change how a call is handled by time of day. So a number might go to voicemail outside of office hours.

We have set up two initial time conditions for you. One is a default office hours and the other is holiday’s when the office might be closed on certain days. You can also create new time conditions if you require them.

Once you enter the time condition you can amend the time or date that the condition works for. Or you can amend who the condition applies to or the action taken if the call is outside of hours. For instance where the call is to go, a voicemail or a call forward to a out of hours service.
