System Summary

This page should allow you to see the overall topography of the system. What users are on the system, what groups they are assigned to if any and where a call rings. These three summary tabs within the page are all active. So you can click on the time conditions, or a user or a group and go to the part of the system where you can edit the settings.

To make your life easier we have added a System Summary to help you visualise extension details, ring group membership and your inbound call routing setup.

Click on the ring group membership tab to view the group setup

Click on the inbound call management tab to view the inbound call routing
