User Control Panel

The User Control Panel is used to manage your extension settings and to view related information

To login to the User Control Panel click on UCP, then when prompted enter your username and password

Within the User Control Panel (UCP) you can view Call History and Call Event Logs.

You can also control the Follow Me, Do Not Disturb and Voicemail Settings

On the left hand side of the page you will see the following fields:

Voicemail

Home

You can click on Home at any point within the UCP to return to the home page

Call History

Call History will list the calls that have been made or received by your extension. You can search for a number by filling in the search bar above the call list

Call Event Logs

Call Event Logs record the various actions that happen on a call. They are typically more detailed than call detail records. For example, a call event log might show that Sarah called Brian, that Brian's phone rang for twenty seconds, then Brian's mobile phone rang for fifteen seconds, the call then went to Brian's voice mail, where Sarah left a twenty second voicemail then hung up the call

Endpoint Settings

Within this area you can manage your Find Me/Follow Me and Do Not Disturb facility

Follow Me

In the Follow me list enter the number that you want to follow onto.

In the Follow me list, if you want to enter an external number you need to put a hash at the end of the number #.

On an Apple keypad the hash symbol is alt 3 (at the same time). These settings save automatically

Below you can enter the number of seconds you would like the main number to ring before it rings the follow on number.

Do Not Disturb

To enable your Do Not Disturb facility simply use the on/off toggle button below Enable

Voicemail

Select the voicemail option.

Within Voicemail select the settings option.

The voicemail PIN is your voicemail password when you are dialing into receive your voicemail. The email address is the mail that the system will send you your voicemail as sound files. Make sure that the email attachment toggle underneath is turned on.

To change the greeting, you select greeting button underneath the settings button. Then either upload your prerecorded message, or certain browsers like Chrome will allow you to record your message directly. There are four possible messages you might want to record.
